This is my 2nd home purchase with Kate and each experience has been great! Kate will adapt, overcome and improvise to ensure you're taken care of. She's hyper responsive, attentive and fully dedicated to making sure her clients get what they're looking for. Kate treats you as if you're her only client (im sure she's balancing multiple people at the same time, but you'd never notice!) which is awesome. Kate's market knowledge and attention to detail is incredible! I'll plan to reach out to Kate again for a 3rd purchase or sale when the time comes!
