Kathi was available to show homes & answer questions, but when we asked her to advocate for us & our needs, it seemed like it was a bother or because what we were asking wasn’t her norm she would push back on us. IMO, a realtor should give advice yes but should facilitate what the customer is asking regardless of their feelings.
