I had a bad experience with another realtor and was referred to Kathleen and she got on it very aggressive, consistent, communicated well, was always available and did not disappoint. This was my first home and she guided me through the process ! Kathleen was awesome and sometime I felt overwhelmed but she was rite there with an answer! I now own a multi family in a very well sought after suburb. She went the extra mile to make sure the house met my family entire needs. She also referred some help for after I closed.
