Despite our very short time frame and the short escrow period we negotiated to secure our deal, Katy was very prompt and thorough in her communications with us and the seller’s agent, made sure we were informed and knowledgeable about every step of the process, and went above and beyond for us in successfully closing on the property. Katy was everything we wanted as an agent- highly knowledgable, great suggestions and references for whatever you need to get your house ready to sell, from replacing our carpet, fixing our deck, staging, photography, even helping us get rid of some last items that got left behind. She was kind and understanding, really took the time to explain her reasoning and logic around the decisions you need to make. She was so flexible and worked with our hectic travel schedule as we prepared to leave. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

My fiancée and I had never gone through the home buying process before. Katy walked us through each step, she listened to our needs and desires for our new home, made recommendations that fit our situation and answered any question we had with easy to understand responses. She made us feel like we were in this together providing updates frequently and giving us background of what was happening behind the scenes, as well as giving us personal experiences (when appropriate) that helped us through every step. We would highly recommend Katy -- she is not in it for the bottom dollar of a house sale, she is in it to help you get into the right home.
