When I learned of a pending reassignment to the northern Florida area, I began Internet shopping for houses. I contact 3/4 realtors in the area, but did not feel I had the “right” person to help my wife and I find our forever home. About three weeks in, I contacted Redfin who put us in touch with Kayla. I explained to Kayla our anxieties about moving forward on a home without being comfortable as we could only see what was posted online. I told Kayla I would be a high maintenance customer with possibly more questions than she could handle. Her response was “challenge accepted!” Kayla offered to check out homes we were interested in, and completed a few in-depth visits gathering background data and sending us videos which included neighborhood and a complete video of the houses inside and out. After looking multiple houses, we came across the GoldFinch address. Kayla was on it, and represented our interests and desires through the entire process and got us the deal we were comfortable with. As we really wanted to see the property in person, Kayla arranged a short-notice visit to Yulee which sealed the deal for us. After flying back to Virginia, Kayla was with us every step of the way and was always very quick to reply to text messages and phone calls. My wife and I could not have picked a better agent to work with. Indeed, she was a blessing to us! Even after the purchase Kayla continues to support us as we transition down to Florida. I cannot stress how appreciative we are for Kayla and Redfin. Thank you so much and we definitely recommend Kayla to anyone wishing to purchase a home in the Jacksonville area!!
