I come to Real Estate from Corp America and so approach my work with buyers, sellers and investors very differently than most Realtors. I have 20+ years of experience finding value, negotiating contracts and working with clients to make sure they get the best deal and the transaction closes as expected. The main complaints I hear are "my Realtor didn't communicate very well" and "my Realtor didn't know what s/he was doing." I've found the main things buyers and sellers want is honesty, deep knowledge, good communication, no surprises, and a GOOD DEAL - that's what I and my lender, attorney and inspector partners consistently deliver.
