Keith was fantastic. I tried two other realtors before ultimately using Keith to buy my first home. Unlike those other realtors, Keith did not push, he didn't become frustrated by my first-time-buyer anxiety, he didn't ask me to sign an exclusivity agreement, he actually encouraged negotiation (the others just wanted to finish the transaction ASAP at whatever cost), and it was clear he was in the real estate business because he actually enjoyed it and not because of the money. He went out of his way to be accommodating and to answer questions, and he was communicative and involved through the entire process. I would absolutely use Keith again.
