We lived out of state (7 1/2 hours away) and she would go look at properties for us and send videos and/ or FaceTime us to enable a quick offer submittal when requested. The market there is HOT and time is of the essence. She gave honest feedback and opinions of neighborhoods/ areas. We told her our needs and she helped tailor the search to our desires, eliminating wasting time on areas/ properties that did not meet our needs. Being a local, herself, Kellie was able to offer personal insights that proved to be invaluable. Kellie responded in a timely manner and was always willing to help in any way.
