Kelly is pleasant and experienced, and a “straight shooter.” The Redfin team members were easy to work with. Professional photography and listing on the MLS was great. The home sold in a short time, and I appreciate the effort that went into the process. As a first-time home seller, I sometimes felt a bit under-supported. Comparative market analysis was subjectively weak, and I’m glad I listed at a price above recommendation. There were instances where terminology was used loosely, which led me to clarify elsewhere to stay informed on my decisions. While knowledgeable overall, clearer definitions/guidance would’ve made a difference and the commission feel “worth it” as opposed to selling by owner or with a flat fee service.

Kelly was and is such a blessing to us, her character and expertise and just being a ear to listen to all my melt downs during the process of selling our home was such a huge blessing to me and to my family. She was kind and she was professional and she made the process so much better than I have ever had it go, which is saying something, because I have bought and sold 4 homes before this one. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to Buy or sell their home , she works so hard and will be such an asset to anyone she works with.
