Kelly Sams is a wonderful agent. As a matter of fact, I hope we become friends. She helped us buy a house. She was extremely fast to respond to my phone calls, texts, and emails even after 10 pm. She is very kind, humble, gentle, and will not try to push/convince you to buy something unless you initiate that first. She was ready to help us buy a house with hardly any commission for her (1% buyer's agent commission was advertised on some ugly older house we considered buying) with the same great smile, attitude, work ethic, and quality of service. She has a good network of people to help with home inspections if you don't have one in mind. She also knows a great lender that she recommended to us. We went with her lender who was A LOT faster to approve us than the two lenders we worked with before (Kelly's lender told us in about two days that we can get our loan approved through them when the other two took over 4 weeks with no definite approval or denial answer). You will not regret having Kelly on your side when you are dealing with buying or selling real estate. I will certainly contact Kelly when we are ready for another sale or purchase.
