Kelly Thomas

It has been a pleasure to work with Kelly. She was always professional and knowledgeable, always able to find the homes that met my specific needs, yet never pushy.

I have worked with several real estate agents in the past. What has really set Kelly apart are several things which I will outline here: 1. Her positivity and energy were essential in a market filled with agents that should already be retired. I honestly felt that she was strictly working for me and my family because of the level of attention she gave us. 2. She knew how to manage my questions without making me feel like i was being too demanding. I genuiney felt that she was beholden to me as my realtor but at the same time she was good at helping me throttle back some of the expectations so that neigter of us were frustrated. She followed through on getting the answers for me when i needed them. 3. SHE NEVER LET ME SETTLE. There were houses that we saw where her gut honesty helped us to move closer to our dream home. She could have encouraged us to pull the trigger on a number of homes that we saw just to close the deal but she never settled for a home that we were not completely head over heels for. That was awesome because there are folks out there where their only focus is the close. She is not like that. She is completely comfortable with walking away from a home if it is not what we want. 4. She was never pushy but super supportive and encouraging through the whole process. I know this sound like am ad for a dula or something but honestly she was awesome. 5. I must admit that there were a few times when bad luck made me and my family want to quit; she supported whatever decision we wanted to make and i never felt pressured into continuing the search for a new home. However, when we decided to proceed with the sale of our home and the search for a new home, it was like she was in neutral and then switched from neutral to 5th gear! Full steam ahead. 6. Honest, honest, and honest. 7. There were several speedbumps along the way, but she helped me to overcome them with her experience and connections. It helps to have someone like that. I will be recommending her to everyone I know and if I ever have to use another agent in the future, she will be the number one person I will be reaching out to. 8. There are so many more examples of why Kelly is simply the best. For example, I sometimes had to bring my kids along and Kelly was great about watching them while my wife and I discussed how we liked the home. I dont think she realizes that part of the contract i signed stipulated that she has to come over at least once in a while to babysite. LOL. no. Really. It does. 9. Her laughter is contagious and sense of humor really helps to take the edge off of a situation that can be at times stressful. 10. She often went out her way to accomodate us. For example, one time i was locked out of my home because an agent locked every door including the door that led from the garage to the inside of my home. She drove back in her spongebob squarepants PJs and unlocked the lock box to let us in! It was amazing. Ok, the PJs was made up but her effort and commitment was awesome. Thanks Kelly! We really appreciate you!

Kelly is one of a kind. She's a fast friend, bubbly, funny, and makes you look forward to the home buying or selling experience. She takes great consideration into what her clients' wants and needs are, and makes you feel as if you are her one and only client. Although we all know that isn't true because anyone who is anybody in this town wants to work with her. But don't let her cute and tiny exterior fool you, she is one fierce fighter when it comes to backing up her clients. When rights are wronged, you don't want to be on the other end of her phone call. She is the pointy end of the spear, ooh rah, a real force to be reckoned with in the real estate world. You want her on your team because she doesn't settle for anything less than top success.

Kelly is amazing. She made us feel comfortable and never pressured us. Our home buying process was perfect!
