I wasn't referred to him directly, I was referred to Redfin from a friend who also just recently purchased a home and found Kent through the Redfin app. From start to finish, Kent was so nice and helpful and incredibly patient with us. He's incredibly knowledgeable on all the listings he showed and the process, and if he ever didn't have an answer to your question regarding the property, he would have one for you shortly after asking. We toured 12 properties with Kent in one weekend; his commitment to help us find a house we loved (and get our offer accepted) in such a short window of time was fantastic. He has a calm demeanor and isn't afraid to tell you the truth, even if it's something you don't want to hear. His candid nature was something I really appreciated and can be hard to find in real estate where you're often told what you want to hear. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kent to my family or friends because I know he'll make them a priority, listen to their needs and get the deal done.

It was great working with Kent! We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. There were a lot of unknowns for us, because this was our first home, but Kent explained everything, from the beginning all the way to the end of the process. Finding a home in the 2020-2021 market was challenging, but eventually, by following his advice we were able to make an offer which got accepted and everything went smoothly. We will highly recommend Kent to anyone who is buying/selling or anything else related to real estate.

We met Kent at his open house and although that particular home did not fit our needs Kent took his time to hear our needs. He offered his service to help us find our new home.
