I needed a home rather quickly and I know the market was a sellers market and finding a home in my price range would be tough. Ken's communication and attention to the market made it possible for me to see homes the minute they popped on the market and his knowledge on contracts and negotiations, secured the home for me in a multiple offer situation. Everyone seems to have their real estate license these days but few are qualified and truly and honestly their to help with all their life and professional experience like Ken. Thanks!!!

I was looking for a very long time for a home to buy. Ken had the patience of an angel. He stayed with me and kept things positive, when things looked bleak. He is very honest and always gave me the truth. I felt he was always looking out for my best interest. That meant a lot to me. I now consider Ken a very good friend and I will be recommending me to everyone.

I had great experience with Ken. The sale had many difficult problems to overcome and Ken was able to work them all out and we closed on time and at a price I was extremely happy with. He was upfront and honest the entire transaction. I was always able to get a hold of him and he always had the answers I needed. I highly recommend Ken, he will not let you down.

Ken was great to work with, he listened to our questions, got back to us quickly with answers, and helped us deal with the challenges of a long distance move. Ken was calm under pressure and very professional throughout, he has a great knowledge of the area, and he did a great job understanding and handling the multiple negotiations needed between all parties to close the sale.

Ken is a nice guy, although I thought he was very hasty in locking me and the buyer into signing a contract. Personally I would have preferred a little more time to consider my decision but he insisted that I sign the contract so we would not loose the buyer. All in all the deal went through but it was very frustrating. One thing I can say he will get the job done.
