.We were lucky to find Kevin by requesting a showing. We were new to the market in purchasing a home and were only browsing. Kevin was extremely honest in our initial call about the place we were to view. This made us feel very comfortable. We told him we did not have an agent and that we were just browsing. He still gave us advice and answered our many questions. He was nut pushy or off put by us not “really” being in the market to buy. As we got more into the market to purchase the honesty stuck with us and we got back in touch with Kevin. He was was extremely helpful, proactive, professional, he listened, and he cared. Kevin was fantastic to work with, he was always very prompt and looked out for us as buyers. He helped and stuck us for what seemed like forever. I think we viewed at least 100 homes over the last six months and provided great insights on potential issues that may cause us grief. We enjoyed his patience and commitment to make sure we made the home we chose was a decision we wanted even if it meant we had to prolong our search. Fantastic agent, and a 100% GRADE A+ genuine human.

Kevin is an incredible real estate agent who always had my husbands and I’s best interest at heart when purchasing our first home. We saw a lot of houses right at the door and Kevin was always very accommodating with his schedule looking at houses as late as 8pm during the week and weekend visits. We made only one offer on our dream home and with Kevin’s help beat out 7 other buyers. I would recommend Kevin to all my friends and family in the end he always had our backs even after closing I knew I could count on him to advocate for us.

I have worked with Kevin on two different occasions now (one time selling a rental home and one time purchasing a primary residence). I love Kevin's style - easy-going, friendly, knowledgeable, has a can-do attitude and he always returned my calls and messages very quickly. My extended friend group has used him as a realtor multiple times between all of us and we all refer him out as much as possible because of our positive experiences.
