I think we came into the market right as it was on its way down, and it took Kevin a little time to catch up to that, but no one is a fortune teller. Very prompt in answering emails, texts, and phone calls. Very approachable. Answered all of our "dumb" questions. Offered solid advice on pricing, staging our home, updating our home.
