Kevin helped my purchase my first home this past June. He was very helpful during the whole process and was always there to answer my (many) questions. He wasn’t pushy at all and I never felt like I was being “sold to”, which I really liked, since it helped me form my own opinions of each house instead of being convinced to go for something I ultimately didn’t like. He was great at negotiating, which I appreciated throughout escrow.

Kevin was a great help with finding my house. He even helped me with a dispute I had with the the pest inspection agency. I discovered some really bad wood rot that the inspector should have seen, but missed it. Kevin will stick with you long after you have moved in and makes sure you are happy.
