I oversaw the day-to-day operations of a national real estate investment franchise, where I coordinated the buying, selling, and strategic marketing of over 400 homes in Tampa Bay, Florida, totaling over $50 million in sales.

Kevin was wonderful through the whole process. I lost my mom recently and went through the 2024 . I had two Hurricane houses I was sellingHe was there for anything that came up and questions that I had. And believe me I had a lot of them because even though I owned a house, my mom had given me. I’d never bought one for myself and he was patient the whole time. He’s not just my agent. Kevin became my friend through the whole thing. He has a very kind way about him that I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a house. He’s been great. And when my car broke down. He helped me find a reliable person to get a car from because he knows everything I’ve been through.
