I am a retired realtor with certain expectations I practiced in NE and several years have passed with real estate business in SE requirements very different ...I could have used a check list of sorts.....I realize the agent has allegiance to the seller but what harm is done to explain the process ???The process takes "buy beware" to the extreme.....

Overall, it was a generally good experience. Pictures were outstanding. Communication was very good. Answered calls at all times of the day. Market analysis I feel was off, based on condition of home. “As Is”contract needed to be emphasized. It was frustrating with demands of buyer and all the changes that took place; Sale price, close date, financing extensions, etc. Towards the end, we were close to dropping the contract due to frustration. I do understand that this is an unusual time to sell with COVID.
