I found working with KG Real Estate and Stas to be a very professional organization that asked questions about our thoughts on selling our house, factors that were of importance to us as well as factors that were not of any concern for my wife and I. After a few initial conversations, Stas shared his plan and recommendations for selling our house and we agreed to move forward accepting all his recommendations. The house was under contract in 5 days for a very attractive price and the transaction was finalized in 60 days.
