Kimberly helped us hunt for a house and was pivotal in a smooth buying process even though we were far away from the Omaha area. Her "on the ground" efforts ensured all of our questions were answered and our paperwork went smooth. She also helped navigate many of the details of a VA loan assumption that went beyond a normal real estate transaction and required a lot more coordination with the seller's agent. Highly recommended and thanks for all the great work!

Kim was very friendly and guided us step by step from searching at our own convenience with advises, getting loan approval, giving suggestions and feedbacks on every house and what we should look at in each property with pros and cons of each, purchasing the house, doing inspection and final closing process. We appreciate that we did not have to worry about our young kids coming to look for houses with us because she got everything organized and under control. We loved the positive vibe and environment she always gave us and we most importantly appreciated the fact she was prompt in responding to our questions especially we are buying our first house. No words can describe the fact that she secured our deal in the morning of Easter Sunday. We will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy house.

We worked with Kim for about 3 months before finding a home that worked for us. Kim showed us plenty of houses that met our requirements, but we couldn’t get bids in before others. So we talked & changed our strategy to getting the type of house we were looking for. Soon after we found our home. Kim was very helpful & kept us posted on our closing, right up to the day we closed.
