We worked with Kim for about 3 months before finding a home that worked for us. Kim showed us plenty of houses that met our requirements, but we couldn’t get bids in before others. So we talked & changed our strategy to getting the type of house we were looking for. Soon after we found our home. Kim was very helpful & kept us posted on our closing, right up to the day we closed.

So I met Kim in my place of business and she was getting flowers for a client of hers and I told her about my situation where my husband and I are getting a divorce and how he had kept the house the car everything and I told her I needed a place to live so she referred Omaha 100 and within about 6 to 7 months I was buying my very first home not only did she take the time with me almost daily to make sure that everything was going smoothly she kept in contact with Omaha 100 and me to help me out she treated me as if I was family and showed me the utmost respect she was honest and very reliable and no matter what happened if I had a question or needed some information or help or anything she stopped what she was doing and helped me immediately I think that Kim is amazing she's not just my realtor now she is my friends and I have told many people about her and I will continue when I just wanted to let you guys know that she is honest caring and a very beautiful person inside and out and I couldn't be more happy to have her help me with my home and call her my friend. thank you.
