Very happy with her on our sale of one of our rental properties but very disappointed with lack of clear communication and inability to deal with aggressive buyers agent on the sale of our primary residence. Also, we felt she was more worried about her vacation which she gave 1 days notice on than the sale of our house. Assigned another agent to handle our sale at last minute who could not handle buyers agent either. Upon final walk-thru agent was audibly overstressed by buyers agent on the phone and it had been the first time we had heard from her after a week of being assigned to our sale. We ended up with less profit at the end of the transaction than we would have not giving the buyer a 10 K concession. After everthing settled still did not have the integrity to admit her mistake.... We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We were also not aware about the entire process as we didn't live in AZ. Redfin assigned Kimberley Lots as our agent and I am so grateful for it. She is professional, honest, resourceful and hands-on (she even done the surveys and appliances checks for us multiple times!), and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. I want to start this review that Kimberly was extremely nice and polite and easy to work with and if this rating was purely on her customer service I would give it a 10. But, Unfortunately customer service does not get you a house. In this housing market it is important to go with an agent with experience and has you as a priority. Kimberly was pleasant but the issues with not giving proper advice when it came to escrow lengths, inspections, appraisals and contingencies resulting in me losing several homes (one that my offer was 10k over the offer accepted and another that was the same amount but didn’t waive appraisal). Once I hired a real agent I secured a home within a week using their knowledge of how to get a deal over the finish line.
