Kim was the most down to earth and knowledgeable agent we've had—and we've had a few. She kept us well informed on the progress of our sale while we were moving cross country. We had to leave a car in the garage, Kim offered to have us park it at her personal home if we needed. She was realistic when it came to our selling price. She has a great photographer that will get the best angles including aerials. Our home had an offer accepted the second day it was on the market and we closed in 30 days.
