Former US Army Sergeant Kira Person has a commanding insight and grasp of the real estate market in Richland County SC. Combined with the effectiveness and efficiency of Redfin's skilled presentation and documentation team, Kia was the only option for a real estate agent for me. An absolute joy to work with - even when things were delayed, Kira’s persistence and full, calm communication skills allowed us to get into our dream house. Kira Person where do I start. From the moment I called her about purchasing a home she has been WONDERFUL. She showed us what were looking for and was very patient and kind. Always went over and beyond my husband and I expectation. Whatever came our way she was on top of it solving the issues. Whenever you call her she is always there to lend an ear and have a conversation. She is an awesome person. She gets the job done. Real Estate Agent's often reach out to potential customer's but many times don't return calls, press too hard, don't keep in touch, or fail to understand what your needs are because their try to meet their needs. Kira, is the the opposite. She understands her Craft; she is a professional in word and deed.

She'll follow your business requests until you strain it in my opinion. This is a big plus as long as you do your own homework and research, even if you are new in the market. For home repairs advice I strongly suggest not to ask her anything and search yourself, homeadvisor.com is a great site for this.
