If you are looking for a realtor I can't recommend Kosal highly enough. He was wonderful to work with. His knowledge of this insane fast-moving real-estate market and its many intricacies was second to none. He fully understands what it takes to not only find the properties you would be interested in, but to write successful offers that ultimately get accepted. Buying a home is stressful, but I never had to wonder where anything stood because Kosal is so responsive and always informed me promptly where things were at in the process. And the best part, he is just a really nice person, technically not a skill but it made the whole process that much better.
