A few words to describe my experience with Kristal: availability, communication, diligence. I just closed on a home that I lost a bid to. However, Kristal was the only agent who submitted a backup offer on paper, so I got the opportunity when the initial buyers backed out. Apparently, I wasn't the highest bidder so it was due to Kristal's thoroughness that I got the house.
