Kristen handled our sale with utmost professionalism and care over the past 6 months. This was a difficult sale, with the property listed the first weekend of state-wide shutdown due to COVID-19 and the ensuing weeks/months of inactivity. With multiple offers in hand a few months later when the State of California gradually opened up, Kristen helped us handle all the issues pertaining to the inspection, appraisal, contingencies, buyer's issues, etc. while we were remote outside of California. Because of excellent prep and staging work, our house showed like a new model home despite being 23 years old. The pictures looked so professional that we could barely recognize our house ("Wow! I appreciate Kristen's low pressure suggestions prior to listing the house for sale. She was ready when we were finally ready to list. It was several months after initial contact with her until the house was made ready that we signed the listing agreement. I appreciate the assistance with providing a counter offer when the first offer was made. We were fortunate to have a quick qualified buyer provide an offer with the help of Kristen through her contacts with other agents. Having an offer made and accepted by us prior to the planned open houses was an excellent outcome. The process was much faster than anticipated given the current market. I've worked with Kristen for 3+ months looking for a condo. She is very diligent, thoughtful, and responsive:
1. She tries to contact the selling agents of all the condo's I am interested in. I've gotten all the disclosures through her.
2. She looks after the buyer. She protects me and consults with me in many different ways. She warns me on the potential pitfalls and worst case scenarios so we can find solutions jointly.
3. She responds to my emails and phone calls even on vacation. She would make sure I am taken care of the hour before she goes on a flight for vacation! That's service.

When our idea of the value of a house differed from her comparables she did not give us any pressure to change our bid. A number of times we had to put together an offer in just a few hours or late at night. She was able to get those done. One property had some unusual items in the Title Report. She got the Title Officer on the phone to explain. She also did several private showings for us. Once the sale went through she didn't just dissappear but insured escrow and close went smoothly.

I would recommend Kristen to anyone. She has been with us since Nov. last year. You can trust her a hundred percent. I assure you that she will be on your side. Through the offering process, I really have felt that she is my friend and even my son really likes her. I do not think you can ask for a better person to represent you than her.
