Home buying can be a very stressful experience but we got lucky to have found Kristen to represent us for our home purchase. Kristen was stellar throughout the process, starting from preparing the offer and keeping in touch even until after closing and getting the keys. She did a phenomenal job in keeping us updated and worked tirelessly to answer our questions. Communication is one of the biggest assets that Kristen offered, she was "always available" and was great at communicating via Email/text/phone calls. She worked weekdays and weekends and always made us feel welcome for the many number of times we requested access to visit the house before we closed.
