Kristin was extremely thorough & very supportive during rough & scary times.Kristin was willing to support the fact that we were older folks going through this process & had never been through it before & she gave us extra support when needed.Im sure she had to get a few extra phone calls! Kristin did a great job! The only disappointing issue was that the seller dumped 3 cats on us; ( although I don’t know what Kristin could do about that). Bit of a difficult situation).Thank you very much for all your help Kristin!!!

It was my first time selling a property but I never felt lost in the process. She does a great job in explaining what ever I was confused about and I also think she did a great job in managing my expectations about the property. Also, her assistance with the negotiating process was instrumental in getting a good price for the property while also being fair to all parties involved. I think anyone would be lucky to have Kristen represent them in any deal.

Kristen was very helpful with the whole home buying process. It was our first home purchase and she walked us through everything and let us ask the “dumb” questions without making us feel like we didn’t know anything. We even had a bit more of a trickier process with a trust and she kept us in the loop with all of it. We really appreciated all her wisdom,hard work and honesty.

Kristen was very personable and made herself available during the entire process. Kristen coordinated inspections and coordinated communication with the seller. Kristen is also involved in the community and coordinated a local food drive.
