Kristi was always available and answered promptly to all questions and requests. She did lots of work on her own for us (as we live several hours drive from the new place), and sent us videos and comments. I felt she was on our side and kept our best interest in mind in all situations; she was open to provide her knowledge and experience, as well as gathered all possible info for us to help us make rational decisions. Additionally, she was just nice and fun to talk to, and I never felt any pressure. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional and friendly realtor, and I highly recommend her!
