Kristin was amazing. We were first time home-buyers in a crazy market and we would not have gotten the house without Kristin. She helped us navigate submitting offers (there were many) that were competitive, but within our reach. The biggest impact though was when she recognized that we never seemed to like houses past a certain decade. She noticed this trend after touring with us for months and it was completely eye-opening. We changed our search filters and the process immediately felt more productive. Rather than saturating our brains seeing every interesting house in our budget, we were able to focus and ended finding the perfect house for what we needed.
