Kristy Hanson went above and beyond on Every aspect of our home sale. She worked tirelessly and brought us more money from the sale than we expected. So professional and courteous. We live 700 miles away from the home we sold, and Kristy handled everything for us. I can not even try to express the appreciation for an amazing realtor and businessperson as Kristy. Through the years I have bought and sold several homes... Never have I had a realtor that worked as hard as Kristy Hanson. . . Please, if you are selling or buying a home. I would use no other realtor than Kristy Hanson.

I can not express how grateful we are to have found Kristy. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of Oregon coast real estate, has invaluable local connections to professionals in seemingly every home ownership related field, and was consistently communicative, patient, and supportive in helping us make our dream of owning a home on the coast a reality. I truly can not recommend her highly enough.

Kristy was a joy to work with on our condo purchase. She had a flexible schedule and was able to meet with us when we could travel in from out of town. She was always responsive, tracking down answers to our many questions and keeping us informed every step of the way. Above all, she's a great person!

Kristy was a phenomenal buyer's agent for us. She went above and beyond during the touring process understanding our needs. After we made an offer, she was a tough negotiator and exceeded our expectations. Her connections with local tradespeople (inspectors, contractors, etc.) were invaluable as well.
