Kyle worked very diligently on making sure our home was in the best shape possible to sell. He helped us by power washing, spreading bark dust, and planting some shrubs to enhance the outside. I have worked with other agents and was overwhelmed with Kyle's energy and professionalism.

To say that Kyle went above and beyond all possible expectations would be a huge understatement. This was a challenging situation arising from a tumultuous divorce that left our house on the market for an extended period of time poorly maintained.
