Kyle was great, very knowledgeable about the area and had great suggestions on when to list and at what price. We had a handful of open houses over the weekend and accepted an offer a couple days later. Everything went very smoothly during the entire process from choosing a listing price, scheduling photography, going live with the listing, negotiating with the buyers, and ultimately closing.
