Kyle has done a fantastic job brokering the sale of my Uptown Charlotte condo. This market has been an interesting one, but the expertise of Kyle and his team pushed us across the finish line. I’m excited to complete the purchase of my next home with Kyle as well (already underway).

Kyle helped us through the purchase of our first home and was excellent from start to finish. He started with a casual meeting going over the process and answering any questions we had. We were very particular about the kind of home we wanted and told Kyle that we wanted to do the search for homes on our own. He respected that and never once pushed us towards any house. We looked at houses from 300k up to 450k asking price, and Kyle treated each one the same when we asked him to provide his own feedback and thoughts. Kyle is a prompt communicator and a great negotiator when it comes time to put an offer in. Would recommend Kyle to anyone looking for an agent!
