It was a pleasure working with Lacey! As a first time home buyer, I had many questions about the purchasing process and Lacey helped me understand each step. Lacey was super wonderful to work with. She listened to what I wanted in a home after the first time we did walkthroughs and pointed me to a home right after that before it went live. I also ended up going with that same home! She also didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t want, giving me space to decide on my own. When it came time to put in an offer and go through the process she answered all my questions and handled pretty much everything from scheduling the final walkthrough, coordinating the inspection, negotiating the terms and providing me with the final report. It was incredibly helpful that she knew the Salinas area very well including all surrounding areas with knowledge about property pitfalls and land specifics. I would recommend her 100%!

Lacey was always available to show us properties, even if they were not realistic for our budget, or if she knew they would not be quite right for us because of their location or features. She never made us feel like we were wasting her time--she seemed to thoroughly enjoy showing us every property we visited. She was extremely patient with us, and worked with us until we found the perfect house that suited all of our needs, and helped us through the entire process until the home was ours. I would highly recommend Lacey to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Monterey Bay region--she has extensive knowledge of the area and is willing to support her clients in their search for their new home.
