I am really appreciated with Lalitha's help to finish this transaction. Timing is so perfect. After we sold our property in August, the market started to cool down even more due to interest rate hiking. If the house couldn't be sold until now, it would take longer and price won't be the price we ask. I also like to thank her that she made this transaction went so smooth and she is so smart to ask buyer to remove inspection contingency during the negotiation stage. She monitored everything during the buyer financing stage and make sure buyer can go for settlement to complete the transaction. We finally sold our house successfully with price we want.
