Lance assisted us with our search for a second home in St George, Utah. Assisted is really an understatement as he went above and beyond by touring the entire area to truly provide us with a feel for the county before settling on the home we chose. He did not stop there though! We had to return to the east coast before the work was done so Lance and his assistant, Tara, picked up the slack. Even after the closing, Lance returned to the property on numerous occasions to check on things, people and deliveries for us because we lived so far away. These are things that he did not have to do as a realtor but he chose to do for us as a good human. We are forever grateful. We love our new condo and would recommend Lance to anyone that needs a Realtor in the St George area.
