Landon was incredibly pro-active in communicating with me at every step of the process. He was also a great collaborator: he presented all of his thoughts and assessments of the marketplace, and we made decisions on pricing and timing together. Finally, of course, he worked tirelessly to market the property and got us a great result. I would love to work with Landon again!
Landon and his team were excellent. Gone are the days of working with brokeages who can't get their acts together. Redfin has house full of experts, their turn around time is top notch. Landon was very knowledgeable, attentive, quick to respond to all questions and concerns. He was tech savvy, and hard working, which are top qualities I most enjoyed as I am the same. My selling experience was lengthy and sometimes stressful, but no faults to Landon and team. I was extremely pleased to have Landon and Redfin on my side, I highly recommend them to anyone!

I couldn't be happier with how Landon and the team on how they handled the sale. Professional, prompt responses, accurate information, and customer satisfaction are key to what differentiates them in my opinion from typical agents who are just trying to make the sale. I would strongly recommend people to give Redfin a try and Landon is a terrific representative
Landon has a pleasant and straightforward demeanor. My house sold off-market for a fair price, but probably not for the best price. He gave conflicting advice-- Prior to listing with him, I had an off-market offer and he recommended putting the house on the market to get the best price; After listing with him, he recommended I take an off-market offer that was only minimally better than the previous offer I had. He was slow to prepare the home for market (no physical work was done on the home in the first 2-3 weeks after listing with Landon), which I feel put me in poor negotiating position. He seemed to act more as a facilitator to get a deal done rather than a Seller's agent. I love Redfin's website, and had a previously good experience buying a property with a Redfin partner agent.... My God Landon's good! He handled the entire transaction so smoothly which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. I can also say he saved us quite a bit of money with his negotiating skills. During the inspection we found some problems with the house which were not in the disclosure and we had to ask the sellers to cover the costs of repairs. This is where Landon shined. I would recommend Landon without hesitation if you are looking to buy a condo.
