About Lane
There’s an old saying that if you want something done, give it to a busy person. It helps if it’s a busy person who is also organized and detail-oriented, and passionate about what she does. That’s Lane Jeter Manis, PA. She does everything with a contagious passion. It might be camping, or kayaking, traveling, tennis, pickleball, or gardening. Her passion for travel took her to Germany where she lived for a time and traveled Europe extensively. It also led her to become a member of the Jacksonville Sister Cities organization and she has traveled to two sister cities - Bahia Blanca, Argentina, and Masan, South Korea.
Her passion for architecture was apparent when she became the Executive Director of the Jacksonville Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, where she served for eleven years. She was also the State Director of the Florida Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art for seven years.
Lane has rehabbed several homes as well as her current home, the adaptive reuse of a former commercial space in Historic Springfield, and she and her husband won several awards for the renovation. They are among Springfield’s most involved residents and have hosted numerous events and been an integral part of the community for years.
Finally, Lane is passionate about great service. She holds herself to a high standard and doesn’t go to bed at night till she’s crossed every “T” and dotted every “I” that needs doing. She isn’t satisfied till her customers are satisfied and more. Her results speak for themselves as she won awards her first year in real estate and became one of the top agents in the company through her hard work and dedication.
Yes, Lane is a busy person. Never too busy to help a friend or neighbor and never too busy to help someone with the important job of buying or selling a home.
