Larry is very friendly and informative. He responds quickly even during odd hours (e.g. 1:00AM). He goes above and beyond to find the answers to our questions (pertaining to properties, legal matters, and industry standards). He also provides referrals and recommendation to 3rd-party services (e.g. contractors and lenders). Larry helped us buy our first home (~9 years ago) and help us sell the same property right before COVID quarantine in 2020. Whenever we spot an interesting property on Zillow or RedFin, Larry usually works it into his schedule and shows us the property within 1-2 days.
