Easy going and a devil of a negotiator. With very little hassle, found the right houses, in the right area and for the right price. When it came time to evaluate, she lead the way with knowledgeable contractors. When it came time to get the deal done, she lead the way with a competent team of 'get it done' people. I need to mention Redfin, as they work in teams and have an exceptional business model which delivers way more for less. Only an idiot would follow the old traditional real estate route - don't be an idiot. 10/10
