We had some challenges during the purchase process, but she didn't waver not one bit and always looked out for my best interest. I was an out-of-state buyer and Lauren's awesome technique of showing the properties virtually through her YouTube channel was perfect for me (imo, better than in-person showing because I can watch the video again and again anytime I wanted). She has gone above and beyond for us on so many levels, even with all the issues we have encountered post-closing due to negligence of the other agent and their sellers. When we met Lauren for the first time, I thought she may not have the experience we might need. You see, we are living in Orlando and purchasing in North Augusta and I thought that might complicate things. Well, after completing our purchase on a wonderful home, I just have to say that I, seriously, cannot image a more proficient realtor. She checks off ALL the boxes that you would want.
