Lawrence was able to manage the multiple barriers that the seller placed before us in a professional manner. His diligence made the process much easier for us than it might have been another agent.

My experience was great, so easy to work with! Kept me involved and up to date with everything. I would definitely recommend him, it's hard to find someone knowledge, ethical, and trustworthy now a days....however he meets them all...and to all you Hero's out there he offers the homes for hero's program, so definitely take advantage and give him a call.

I enthusiastically recommend Lawrence for real estate needs. He put in a ton of footwork (literally) to get our old house noticed around the neighborhood when we put it up for sale. He held Open Houses every weekend, set up private showings for interested buyers - if Lawrence had any other clients, I wouldn't have known it, as he gave us so much time and attention. He had our house sold in about a month (around the holidays even!), and by early spring he had us moved into our new home. Our relationship didn't end there - he's called us several times just to check in, to see how we're loving the house, and even to say "happy new year" and get updates on our family. Very special guy, went the extra mile for us and gave us a terrific buying and selling experience.
