We were looking for a small condo as a second home in the Bay Area, and Leanne and her team were fantastic from start to finish. Because we live out of state, we browsed listings online and then booked a quick long weekend to see everything in person. Leanne not only communicated with us at all hours when we were at home, she also toured a property for us and sent us videos and comments, and her team made themselves available to tour about 20 properties with us when we were in town, including several last-minute schedule adjustments and seeing a few properties with us twice. Leanne and her team are very knowledgeable about the East Bay and gave us all sorts of helpful recommendations and opinions, and continued to be advocates for us all the way through the inspection, escrow, and closing process. I would not hesitate to refer my close friends and family to Leanne and work with her again when we decide to buy a bigger place in the Bay!

Leanne is fantastic. I am a first time home buyer. We were paired by chance by Redfin when I scheduled a tour and I couldn’t have found a better match if I tried. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She’s familiar with the area, properties, mortgage lenders and then entire process of buying a home. She patiently explained bidding, escrow, and the entire closing process. Leanne was available by text or phone when I needed her and really held my hand from start to finish. When I was debating between 2 condos in the same building, she took me back and forth comparing the layout and natural light, pointing out features of each unit. She is warm and kind, never persuasive and outstandingly skilled. I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

Leanne was wonderful! Our negotiations had come to a standstill because both seller and buyer were trying to do the transaction without assistance and we weren't sure what we were doing. Leanne came in and got everything rolling from start to finish. She drafted the contract as well as several addendums to keep us on track for closing. She's a gem!
