Lee Akin is a fine gentleman with great skills and a clear understanding of what he is responsible for. Lee was always on time and kept his appointments correct. He always replied back to text messages, phone calls, and emails. That span was never exceeded more than 4 hours. He always kept us informed on the property we were interested in and gave us the comparisons in pricing. His knowledge of the area was very helpful. He was not very knowledgable on alternative options for financing. In addition, his office dropped the ball numerous times by not getting back to me on finance rates and options. I had to seek assistance through other real estate agents. Furthermore, there were issues in the house that had to be fixed before they were allowed to sell the house. We had to bring it to Lee's attention.

Through Lee's services I purchased a mobilehome, rehabbed it, and sold it. Lee was very helpful in suggesting improvements that would make the unit more salable and ways to reduce costs. When the rehab was completed he was able to find a buyer who agreed to my price and terms. I would definitely use his services again.

When considering a realtor for helping us sell our mobile home in 2018, we chose Lee Akin. We had met him on several occasions in the mobile home park where we resided, assisting other tenants with their sale needs. Lee is very professional and knowledgeable, and personable. He provided us printouts of the comps in the area, as well as working with us on the sale price, and providing the online information regarding our home. An offer was made the first week of showing our home, which ended up being sold. We highly recommend Lee Akin and know he will be a real asset to your company.
