Specializing in helping Investors and Owners buy and sell opportunity properties in Yucca Valley, Coachella Valley & Banning, California. I have over 30+ years of experience as a Real Estate Investor and own properties in Yucca Valley, Banning and out of state. My extensive Real Estate experience is why I decided to become a full-time agent more than 2 years ago to share my knowledge with others. My previous background, for over 35 years, is as a Tax Accountant, preparing tax returns and advising clients with difficult tax compliance issues. I am one of the few Real Estate Agents that is also licensed by the IRS as a Tax Expert (Enrolled Agent). Besides Real Estate matters, I can advise clients on tax situations.
