Lee and Mira assisted us with selling my Mother in laws home after her passing. Their team was recommended to us as we lived in another state and were unable to be physically present. We were truly amazed at the amount of assistance they provided and how smooth the preparation, listing and sale went. Their recommendations for painter, cleaner and junk removal were spot on! They stayed in contact with the vendors to check progress and completion verification. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in the Whatcom County area and especially to those that are needing extra care in handling an estate after the loss of a loved one. Luck of the draw: I met Lee through Redfin when the listing agent of a property was unresponsive – I never heard from him after multiple calls and messages. I requested assistance in Redfin to view the property and Lee was the agent assigned to assist me. She is very attentive, and really listens to you, plus, she utilizes the latest analytics to help you make informed buying and selling decisions.
