Initially we had a lower price in mind, but as a market expert Levon suggested a price that was approximately 5% higher than what we had in mind. We also liked his marketing plan which included professional photos, 3D tour, video tour, professionally made property flyers, aggressive web advertising including social media. I'm frankly congratulating Levon on his professional and diligent work provided all along. Starting from last year when we rented out our house until today that we sold it. Being based in Armenia and selling a house in Los Angeles it's not easy, but closing in 2 months time, including renovations, gardening, staging, roof patching... and doing all that during a pandemic period... all this remotely, well, it was really no easy task but yet Levon coordinated everything very well. What makes him very different from his competition is that instead of just sitting and waiting until something hits the market like 90% of other agents do, Levon works very hard to find opportunities for his Clients.
