Lily is a pleasure to work with. She is very likeable, knowledgeable, professional and so easy to be with. On the specific date and time Lily would consistently arrive at homes I requested tours of, prior to my arrival and provide details from her research about the house. I also learned a lot about houses from her, and any concerns that I would need to be aware of as a homeowner. After a while I started requesting for Lily exclusively for all my home tours. I only went with another associate agent if she was not available. She was always a wealth of knowledge and prepared to answer my questions during the home tour. In one of the tours, my family met Lily and was surprised that she was already not an agent. I thought Lily was the best associate agent at Redfin, because she always seemed to go above and beyond for me. I was thrilled when she became an agent at Redfin. I requested that Lily be assigned as my agent. Lily’s care and concern to help me find a home I would love had not changed from when she was an associate agent. With her help I soon found my forever home and am now a happy homeowner. During the whole settlement process Lily was so responsive to my questions pertaining to the house.
