My situation was unusual in that I had a renter and if it were not for Linda's guidance I don't think I could have gotten them out and house sold at such a good price and on time. I appreciated her tremendously.

We were very happy working with Linda. To start off, we felt that we got a reasonable appraisal of our house from her, as opposed to other realtors who were recommending we lowball it (to move the house faster), as well as options; whether to, and how much to renovate, which seemed to live up to the comps that we saw around the area. Linda has a charming and vivacious personality, fun to work with, and it is no surprise she has a great network. We determined we needed renovation services and Linda had a great network of contractors she knew. Beyond that, she knew we were somewhat handy. She offered up DIY ideas that we could do ourselves that had a lot of value making our home Opportunity for improvement: I feel she could have helped a little more with managing the contractors. To be fair, we were not experienced managing contractors, and, that's not specifically her job. But there were some omissions in the initial estimates given to us, which we found out mid-project, and then needed to have them fix, adding to cost mid-way. I think with a critical look at estimates up front, Linda could have saved us a little of that. However, once on the market; our house was under contract in less than 10 days after a few offers went back and forth for 10k over our asking price, which to me is an indication that it was priced competitively. As we did want the house sold fairly quickly this was perfect. Closing took place very close to the intended closing date, and this was due to buyers' schedule. Overall we are very happy with Linda's assistance selling our house and wish her well!

Linda is amazing! I don't know what I would have done without her and her team. She is extremely friendly and understanding. She keeps it real and really focuses on you and not the profit. She took all the stress away from selling my house overseas. I've used her in the past and she'll be the only one I would want to use in the future.

I love working with Linda when it comes to buying and selling homes. Linda helped me purchase my first home and she helped me sell that home when the time came. She helped us ensure that we were listing for the right price and we were able to get way more than asking price! She made both the buying and selling process so easy.
